The Landing at long wharf comes quickly to mind for grabbing a drink after work for everyone in downtown Boston. This bar looks over the Boston harbor and is the perfect place to get affordable drinks for your co-workers while you unwind after a long day. Similarly, there are a few pop-up establishments throughout downtown Boston that appear during the summer. Trillium often opens up their seasonal beer garden right on the Boston greenway during the warmer months. Best of all dozens of food trucks from Boston’s best restaurants often park all around this beer garden making it easy for people to grab a quick bite and a quick brew during the workweek. Alternatively, the popular brewery Night Shift has their beer garden Owls Nest right on the Charles River Esplanade. It’s the perfect place to set up a hammock or some outdoor games and watch as people sail around The Charles with a delicious IPA.
